I have tried to remove USB CDCACM RX thread, and the problem is remains, so the
USB CDCACM RX thread do not related to the problem.
the latest measure result is as follows:
FOC control thread executed time 48~58us and sometimes 68us
FOC control thread execute period is 104~124us

I'm working on CAN-FD on SAME70Q21*A*. My tools claim a wrong checksum.
Therefore I suspect bittiming.
Has anybody a working config or can give me a link or tutorial how to set
those settings (never saw those segs for the fast data part):
