Yes, I suggest including NuttX at "Related projects" because you had
included MbedOS there.
I agree, a wiki page makes more sense. Since Mbed is not EOL project it is
better to find a good alternative! ;-)

Sorry about the late response, been taking some time off of GitHub.
I'm not sure about adding RTOSs to littlefs's readme as is. It would open
up a bit of a can of worms given the number of RTOS projects for various
niches.
