Yes, I suggest including NuttX at "Related projects" because you had
included MbedOS there.
I agree, a wiki page makes more sense. Since Mbed is not EOL project it is
better to find a good alternative! ;-)

As you know, NuttX has supported littlefs since 2019-01-09.
