I'm very gald to expect the graduation of Apache Linkis from Apache

I would like to change the EC log fetching logic as follows:
1. Delete the EngineConnLogOperator in accessible-executor, since some
errors will be throwed when the EC is starting or stopped.
2. Add the capability of fetching EC logs from ECM, we can get all logs
of all ECs whenever the EC is run
The ECM Operator feature is needed, I would like to refer to the
implementation of EC Operator and add Operator capabilities to ECM, so that
linkis-computation-client can send operator requests to LinkisManager and
let LinkisManager forward the request to ECM to execute this operator. The

Since both ECM and EC need Operator module, so I want to move the
Operator top-interfaces to linkis-manager-common, so the ECM module
and EC module can implement it with the same operator rules.
