To be clear, we would continue to publish the docs to grails-doc. We just
would have the docs live with the code.

I don’t feel strongly, but we don’t use/are moving away from gsp/view
capabilities of grails, leaning entirely on angular (back end just responds
with json). The gorm/groovy capabilities of grails are compelling enough for us
to use/love the framework. Ideally we wouldn’t bundle in the gsp e
