Prepare Geronimo Arthur 1.0.8 release

Hi all! As we upgrade some dependencies, especially the XBean version to allow working with GraalVM 21 without setting the scanning for exclude artifacts, I would like to start the release process. Any thoughts? regards, -- -- François
