-1 as there are two problems of stable reproduction for main connectors. Met a NotSerializableException that block user to use Kafka as pipeline sink[1]. Met a NoPointException that will always lead to failure when job restarted using Paimon as pipeline sink[2]. [1] https://issues.apache.org/jira/
