For a new Mesos framework implementation, it seems reasonable to go
with Mesos 1.0 and don't support legacy versions from day 1. I think
most users of Mesos are looking forward to the Mesos 1.0 release.
Still, we probably should check the migration plan of some potential
users.

For Flink's initial support for Mesos, coming in Flink 1.2, does anyone have an
objection to making the minimum requirement be Mesos 1.0+? There are some
functional benefits to 1.0 and it would simplify the test effort.
