Flip-532 initial contribution for flink http connector.

Hi, I have the initial contribution [1] for Flip-532 [2] and jira FLINK-38245 [3]. Please could someone review and merge this including the commit history. There is still work to do for this connector, but I would like to lay down this initial code so others can be involved to enhance it via PR
