I repeated the process and was able to install successfully and got an "OPEN
APACHE FLEX FOLDER" message. [I don't know what I did wrong the previous
time. If somebody wants, I can install on another computer, make detailed
notes, and post as documentation. Should I have edited my original post

I created a dummy project with a single Label control. This project uses
Apache Flex 4.12.1 FP13.0 AIR13.0 en_US as the SDK. I have selected the "Use
minimum version required by the Flex SDK" instead of "Use a specific
version: 13, 0,0" of Flash Player. This project runs fine.
Am I using FlexJS? I
