I've checked Flex 4.10 again, but, I couldn't find a Spark DateField, so
far Wouldn't it be interesting to work on a DateFieldSpinner component for
us? If so, which rules does this component have to follow so that this
component could be added to the SDK? Thanks.

I very much prefer to set a bar for active. The only time the inactive
PMC members come out of the closet is if they are rallied to vote for
a controversial issue. If you're not involved in the project
(anymore), I don't think you should be allowed to have a binding vote.

were added to the project during incubation because Adobe felt they would

can now be set from outside of the DateFieldSpinner ... I also added
this DateSpinnerSkin [2] that helped to switch back the "Spark Default
Theme" without crashing the app. But
Forgot to mention ... I also committed the new code to
my fork (whatever this means) of our whiteboard [1].

BTW, I have also updated asdoc/build.xml so that the experimental mobile
classes get included.

On projects I've worked on we've set the server time to GMT/UTC this make
calculations like that
Personally, I'm leaning towards not having bylaws/guidelines, or at least
waiting until we see if we can get folks on general@ to clean up the voting
document. We might find that their new defaults are appropriate.
I share the concern that trying to come up with these decisions will burn a lot
