Maven build is not affected. The changes I put in were to build some
redundancy in our CI Ant builds. The ingredients and the order of them
didn't really change, I was just trying to have a backup cache of
downloads in case the over-the-network download failed.

build is not affected? or maybe that changes would not be implemented in
pom.xml?
