I was having the same error. I deleted the FlexJS SDK and installed a new
FlexJS Nightly Build using the Installer and it now works. Maybe you
installed an older one. The fix was only available about an hour ago.

I just checked in the fix for that. Go to this URL in about 30 minutes
and see if build # 763 completed successfully. If so, try installing the
FlexJS Nightly again.
