There were a couple of important bug fixes in TLF 2.something that was a
later version than the version in Adobe Flex 4.6.

Is there a list somewhere of changes between TLF 2 and TLF 3?
I have not switched over yet, but looking at TLF 3, it looks like I will be
soon. I'd like to be aware of any changes I might come across…
