Unfortunately, this feature is only implemented for the Spark scroller
component used by the Spark Datagrid.
Is it possible for you to switch to the Spark Datagrid ?

You can try setting the maxDragRate static property of the Scroller to
its maximum (60 fps)
Scroller.maxDragRate = 60; Vincent.
