I’m trying to fix a bug in JS Panel layout, then I hope to start fixing up
the FlexJS install (including FDB, trying a higher version in
flex-sdk-description.xml, plus other stuff).

Yeah, that’s the first thing I would try. IIRC, there is some issue about
Ant not preserving permissions on copy so you have to do it afterwards.
