Took care of #3. There is now a download link in the header. This should
point to the mirrors page to download the docs.

I was so excited to download the latest Flex 4.11 SDK, but the link to its
offline ASDoc is not quite apparent on the website, and I wonder if it could be
mentioned at the following places:
1. SDK Download page
2. Download offline ASDoc as an option in the installer
3. In the online vers
