Unable to use the installer to grab the latest AIR 32 with 4.16.1:

Validating download: /Users/user/Documents/Flex
SDK/framewor
Today, the re-posted the license, but at a different URL. I've requested that
put in a redirect at the old URL. We'll see.
The license URL is in a data file on dist.a.o, so we could modify the data file.
Thoughts?
