Thanks Justin. They should be released at the same time but someone
reported a FP bug in the forums that they might be verifying. I would wait
a few days.

I've updated the various script etc so that AIR 3.8/11.8 is supported in the
develop branch. Looks like Air 3.8 hasn't been released yet (aren't they
normally done together?) so it might be a day or 2 until the AIR 3.8 changes
work.
