If anyone gets this when running the ant build all, as outlined in [1], my
solution was to manually download
http://sourceforge.net/adobe/flexsdk/code/HEAD/tree/trunk/frameworks/libs/OSMF2_0.swc?format=raw
and copy it to
C:\dev\ant_flex\flex-sdk\in
