Hi Alex,my latest test says that Antlr is the only banned download.This means
most of Chinese users are under the same condition.

This website is not reachable because of the great firewall,you could
download the package through a proxy and install them by "ant -f
installer.xml".
貌似有多个jar的下载地址在国内是访问不了的，我之前的做法是用代理手动下载jar，然后用ant安装。
