I think I got all the changes required to stop using @expose and use
@export. This should reduce the number of warnings when compiling the
examples. I saw DataBindingTest work, but there might be other things
broken.

It has no problem to download the file from the link you provided, I tried to
download again using Apache Flex Installer right after the download from the
link, but failed again with the same issue.
