I am not able to reproduce the issue anymore with nvm 5.05 + 17.02-rc2
(with LSC disabled)
Lesson learned: always upgrade to latest versions first.

I'm looking at this issue, but I can't repeat it on my environment both
with X710x4 and XL710x1
