This patch defines rte_node specific dynamic field structure
(rte_node_mbuf_dynfield_t)
rte_node_mbuf_dynfield_t structure holds two types of fields
- Persistent data fields which are preserved across graph walk.
Currently size of persistent data fields is zero.
