Current virtio driver advertises VERSION_1 support,
but does not handle device's VERSION_1 support when
sending packets (it looks for ANY_LAYOUT feature,
which is absent).
This patch enables 'can_push' in tx path when VERSION_1
is advertised by the device.
This significantly improves small packet

presumably by accident as it was correctly supported.
This patch simply adds VIRTIO_RING_F_INDIRECT_DESC back to
the supported features bit mask, hence enabling the use of

I think http://dpdk.org/dev/patchwork/patch/5389/ disabled support of indirect
buffers by accident.
Am I missing something ? Is there a reason why this was disabled ?
I tested it today and it seems to work fine.
