Can anyone help me resolve this issue? We have bought the 82571EB dual port NIC
and we are not able to run the DPDK pmd userapp on it.
Please update if there is any issue.

I saw exactly that behavior with an 82599EB but running DPDK ver
it is
not able to get the packet from rx software ring.
Since the link is up, it should be able to receive the packets. Can anyone help
resolve this issue?
