may have corrupted sbt artifacts. Could you try the following?
rm -rf ~/.sbt/1.0/zinc
rm -rf ~/.ivy2/cache/org.scala-sbt
rm -rf ~/.ivy2/cache/org.scala-lang
rm -rf ~/.m2/repository/org/scala-lang
