Can you provide the JVM vendor & version as well please?
Do you have a sample of your wsdl you can provide?
A ServiceConstructionException can happen at various stages as CXF
compares the provided service, port, bindings with what's been parsed
from the wsdl.

The in-progress cards for 4.1.0 include:

CXF-9007 NPE in XMLStreamDataWriter
CXF-8976 Update to OpenTelemetry v1.39.0
CXF-8969 Update to Brave 6
Not sure what the Committers/PMCs have planned for 4.1, my assumption
is that FIPS support
Please see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FEDIZ-257
I take from the comments on the card that the community needs to step
up and help Fediz towards CXF 4.0 / Jakarta support.

For the users, having Camel & CXF 4.x lines available makes a lot of
sense - if splitting the work out to a repo to facilitate its

In CXF 4.0.5 we updated a few test certs - this was in respect to IBM
Semeru & RedHat JDKs:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ReleaseNote.jspa?projectId=12310511&version=12354390
These should not have caused any particular issues for regular
runtime. You can test with CXF 4.0.4 to rule out tho
