Moving the osgi stuff to a seperate repo like github.com/apache/cxf-osgi is
a good idea.
I'll look at this refactoring along with spring after resolving some
javax->jakarta test failures.

@reta Why did you make this change? CXF committers have a history with and
still use AMQ Classic, I think I'd prefer that this change wasn't made. I'm
