I run junit test cases in eclipse constantly and I don't see this problem.
If I can't see it, I can't begin to suggest a fix for it.
I suspect that you will end up having to complain to Eclipse, but that's
only a suspicion.

I just made a discovery.
Committing a change, I put 'fix CXF-' into the cvn commit comments.
And some clever piece of code went and attached a summary of the commit to
the JIRA!
I recommend that we make a habit of exploiting this.
