cTakes 3.1.0 doesn't address the problem of using file as a resource inside the JAR (which is what your are trying to do). Try using 3.2.3-SNAPSHOT and see if it solves your problem (I have a similar use case and 3.2.3-SNAPSHOT seems to be the answer) -Bandeep On Fri, Sep 23, 2016 at 2:42 AM, WP
