I am using the anatomical site mention in my pipeline, but at the moment,
the results are extremely poor. To be honest though, I have not had time
to see how it is implemented. The results fall into three categories

As far as I remember, there are two options in invocation of ctakes Rest
Api. The default one run through the basic pipers but the full option may
probably run through all the pipers which you are looking for. Please check
this out.
