Unfortunately, I have not managed to solve the problem that causes the Ytex
pipeline to crash when using the SegmentRegexAnnotator class.

I would like to ask with which UMLS release version cTAKES 3.2.2 works with .
The ctakes-resources zip file contains UMLS 2011AB release (available at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/ctakesresources/files/).
But, newer UMLS release versions are available (20155AA is the latest one) and
/confluence/display/CTAKES/User%27s+Guide

I am interested in the gold standard document corpus of radiology reports that
was used in the development of Ytex. It was supposed to be in the online
appendix of the Ytex paper

application", but I did not find it
