Disqus is obsolete now. Let's get rid of it.
I think just adding a link, even without the name of the blog post as title
will suffice.
With the name is also good off course.

+1 for deprecating it.
An approach for editing inside hybrid apps is including a (simple) editor in
the Javascript part of the code.
But, this should not be part of the plugin, a developer can include/build it in
his own app.
Keep the plugin simple and reliable.
