I use cordova 6.4.0 because there is an issue with cordova-plugin-fcm on

I think we should be able to solve bug 599 in a patch release if
anyone has time to make it.
Bug 569 seems to be a bit deeper, and I would favor solving it along
Nightly build #932 for cordova has succeeded!
The latest nightly has been published and you can try it out with 'npm i -g
cordova@nightly'
