I'm working on speeding up the Cloudapp Jenkins CI. I've enabled parallel
job execution on the same node, so please expect some failures until I sort
it out.

In my local testing of this PR with navigationbar=yes the status bar is
never visible, is there a way to have it displayed in the empty space reserved
for it above the navigation
