I have no more use cases in mind. I don't know if it is really intersting to
configure any websettings. I was thiking that if we can configure one
specially, maybe it'd be better to make all settings configurable.
In my case, your right, just the setAllowFileAccess is usefull.

I think this should be possible with preference tags in the config.xml, we
should be able to read them and set those values to true or false, being
the default the current one so it's not a breaking change.
