Working through the release instructions I found some outdated
dependencies. I would appreciate a second or more pair of eyes to the
updates I deemed safe to do for this release:

The last cordova-ios release was in October and we have quite a few
fixes since then:

Does anyone have any reason to delay a cordova-ios platform release?
Any outstanding patches to land?
If not, I will start the release tomorrow.
