I've a quick question. Now that every platform comes with cordova-js-src should
we remove the www\cordova.js from platform repos?
I think it's a better idea to compile cordova.js on first build if it's
missing. This way we don't have to update two files when working on platform js.

1- We bump up our dependencies, latest version of Cordova is fixed but older
ones remain broken.
2- Browserify and/or module-deps can roll back (unpublish perhaps). Which will

Having admin rights in a cmd prompt is not desirable - there are many cases
where a user might not have the rights. I'm currently investigating `Junctions`
