That is the design. CLI calls plugman.fetch and then plugman.install for
each installed platform.
The plugin won't get installed (and dependencies won't be resolved) until a
platform is added.

BB10 should be good to go now.
I published cordova-blackberry10 as a package [1]. We had already updated
the name in package.json due to the strict name checking in CLI, so this
had to be done anyway.
Adding all packages to bundledDependencies works around the 'npm install'

BB10 does have a native secure element API. I may be able to dig up some

Hi Don,
CLI 3.3.1-0.4.2 changed the run command so that "--device" is no longer
passed down to the platform scripts. BB10 relied upon this to start device
detection. I did not notice any communication about this on the list.
Perhaps the implementor didn't know enough about bb10 to know this would
with it. npm install cordova should get 3.3.1-0.4.2 now.

The 3.3.1 version of bb10 was inadvertently reverted to 3.3.0 [1][2]
I'd like to clean this up before 3.4 hits as 3.3.1 fixed a critical bug on
Windows machines.
I think this means I'll need to revert the 3.4.0 version changes, fix
platforms.js, tag, publish, then put the 3.4.0 version changes ba

We decided to revert the commit which broke init.bat rather than apply the
full fix now.
BlackBerry is tagged at 3.3.1.
Should CLI get bumped to 3.3.1 or 3.3.0-0.2.0 ?

We would like to do a point release this afternoon for BlackBerry to fix
CB-5660.
Lesson learned: Use delayed expansion in Windows batch files, otherwise
user's environment variables can end up being parsed as part of the script.
Ugh!
Notes for BB10
[CB-5434] Windows: Always use USERPROFILE for home directory
[CB-5443] Windows: Handle installed 64 bit Java
[CB-5468] Improve config.xml encoding handling
[CB-5509] Remove ability to set default target (since device detection
is now used)
[CB-5510] Update response codes for plugin
there somewhere. Maybe we could

How does everyone feel about adding a warning message when the platform
version is older than CLI version?
I've talked to some users recently who had no idea the update command
existed. They assumed that by updating via npm, their project would get all
of the bug fixes.
Those comps look great Joni! Nice work!
The details page needs a way to view prior versions.

I'll push it out this afternoon if there are no objections.

Michal - how goes CB-5338? I'd love to get a point release out before the
weekend.

This update breaks BB10 badly.
There was a change made to attempt standardizing platforms in sub-folders.
I asked yesterday if this had been tested on BB10 The answer was no. When
I found some time to test it out (just now), it had already been merged
into master and released to NPM.
Perhaps if
I like the idea of standardizing it this way. Was this patch tested on bb10?

FWIW, BB10 does respect --debug (default) and --release flags passed into
build.
In debug mode, remote web inspector is enabled and the app is not signed.
