Thanks so much, Rob. This is great. Our current YouTube account was created for the ASF's 10th Anniversary, and I'm a bit disappointed that we haven't had a chance to do more with it. Bandwidth and all. However, I love the idea for PMCs to post project updates, project/events/activity snippet

The way I see this is that Sally is +1 from a press@ perspective on Robs option 4. I think we (ComDev) would make use of this using the videos being shot here in ACEU as long as we can get someone to do the necessary editing (in theory we have a volunteer for that over on the ConCom list).
