Hi, I don't disagree with any of the points on this Strategy page, they seem good to me, but it would be good to communicate with our existing project communities as well. Ross Gardler spoke about diversity in his "Sate of the Feather" address at ApacheCon 2015, but how many people did that reach?

I love the release cadence - more projects should do it - and I can understand why you fight anything that you believe would hinder that. But I don't really get how a vote affects that - whatever cycle you're on - it just shifts it 3 days? So if you were cutting a release on the last Friday of ever
