Hello,
this patch adds information about linking an Apache ID to a GitHub alias to
the CommitterDone email template.
We recently added a new committer and she stated that this process was
missing in the documentation and thus, I'd like to add it.

Very interesting! I especially like the different levels of engagement and
beam committers actively engaging potential committers to mentor them
towards reaching the next level. This fact together with the feedback loop
sounds like a very promising and encouraging system.
