A first attempt at rearranging the slides by topic rather than presenter.
I still question whether having 12 versions of "The Apache Way" is valuable,
but it's a start.

Huge thanks to you Rich for all the work you have done on Conferences over the
years. I know that sometimes it hasnt been as easy as you make it seem - but
you have always had a big smile, positive attitude and a willingness to put on

Having GSoC between them has always seemed a bit out of logical order.
