Yes, I was testing on a self-hosted web-server.
It's certainly easier with Hugo, but I seem to recall that there are some
features it does not support?
(apart from redirect).

This is for testing the Hugo generated output (including `.htaccess`) on a
self-hosted webserver?
If it is for local development I would otherwise just use `hugo server -D`
