We get a lot of requests for surveys apparently so sending it to our
entire committers list is not popular. However,
The board did not like the idea of sending a survey to committers@. I
think this one is different because they came to us via a project
(Fineract) and they want to do a presso at an event we are doing with an
OSS career topic.
To me, it's well aligned and would justify the exception.
