As you are aware, we are holding ApacheCon in Seville in November. While
this seems like a long way away, it is critical that we get on people's
calendar now, so that they can plan, get budget approval, and spread the
word to their contacts.

Now that we're well into July, it's time to try to get people to start
caring about ApacheCon. Step one is getting the papers in. The CFP
closes on September 9th, which gives us just under 2 months to get
people's attention.
