urlvalidator returns false for url's with brackets

hi, I have my first question as, URLvalidator isInvalidURL() return false for validation of urls's which have brackets as one of the content. url with brackets in them are valid urls , and brackets () are part of the unreserved characters, Right now, i am using 1.3.1 version Thanks Meenal Gupt
