We have fixed a lot of bugs, added some valuable enhancements and enabled 1.5+ build since 1.2.2, so I would like to get a DBCP release out in the next couple of weeks. I will volunteer to RM. Here are the open issues marked for 1.3 and some comments on resolution: DBCP-266 - need to determine w
