Is there a limit to the size of contribution for which selecting "Licensed for inclusion in ASF works" is acceptable? In particular JXPATH-112 contains a 21-file code submission in archive form. Is this large enough to necessitate a CLA/CCLA, or is "the feather" good enough for IP provenance? Or
